The theme of this day is that doors will be opened and shut, but my Lord is the one who opens and closes them. Trust in the Lord at all times! Amen! How sweet it is to walk through the day and be able to catch myself from choosing to run to my emotional freak-out zone upon hearing the creak of a door closing in my face! Amen! God knows it needed to be shut so I rejoice in waiting to see what He will open =) How sweet to walk with the Lord!

Notice I didn’t say i did everything perfect and react the right way all the time. But boy how sweet it is to just cling to Him no matter what I do…. just to be constantly brought back to that place of saying “I need you, Lord. What should I do now, since this door just closed?”
