The other night it snowed a good 10-12”. It is pretty. It is fluffy. It can go away anyyyyy day now =). I’m thankful it’s not ice, but just fluffy snow. It’s a good bit warmer today so it is melting, it will just take a while.

A snow truck came and cleared our pavement, but there’s just so much snow everywhere that it’s clumpy all around our cars! This means the cars are stuck until you move the snow away. This means you need a shovel! This southern girl does not have a shovel, nor does she have four wheel drive =) Thankfully, I don’t need to be anywhere and can just come out occasionally and kick all the fluffy chunks away, or use my window scraper to help in this task. So today I tried actually moving my car back and forth to just help with clearing the path. I wasn’t getting very far at all, but I figured, slowly and surely. Later on a neighbor is walking by asking someone else not far away if they need a hand. That guy didn’t really need it, but I sad ,” Can you please help me?” =) He was more than kind to come over with another young lady neighbor and push my car while I hit the gas. He’d have to stop occasionally and shovel clumps away, but I eventually made it to a higher parking spot where I can just roll out tomorrow. =)

All in all, I am learning how to live in snow, and meeting neighbors at the same time =) God works everything out for my good.
