Last night I made soup in my crockpot that was really good! I put chopped onions and garlic in the crock while I browned some ground meat on the stove. Then I put a can of tomatoe sauce, chopped red pepper, some conchiglie noodles ( you can use whatever noodle really), and the meat when it was drained! The spices were just salt, a lot of pepper, a lot of oregano, and some brown sugar. I also added a lot of water considering the noodles would absorb a lot, plus I didn’t want it too chuncky with just tomatoe sauce. I added two beef boullion cubes so all the water wouldn’t make the soup taste like water too. It was de-licious! Be mindful of how ” soggy” you want the noodles. They were pretty darn since I put them in from the beginning, but you can put them in like an hour before you eat to make them less soggy.
